It can definitely feel lonely when you are ware from family and in a different country during the holidays in which you grew up on. Definitely learn to embrace the traditions to where you are living, however, if you can, definitely go back home.

That’s why I never make the holidays about where I am its about who I am with. So if I end up being somewhere else for the holidays it doesn’t feel much different.
